Sending Artwork
Simply reply to the confirmation e-mail you receive after you’ve placed your order and attach your art file. This ensures that we can match your artwork to the specific order you’ve placed.
If you prefer, you can simply e-mail your artwork to our admin dept who will be in contact with you promptly after we receive your order. Regardless, there’s no need to worry, our sales team will review your order and contact you prior to production to work out all the details!

Remember, artwork preparation is free which means customization of your artwork to meet the branding of the products requirements.Once everything has been created you’ll receive an e-mail with the mock-up for your approval before your order goes into production!
Artwork Formats
We can assist to redraw your logo as best we can based on the quality provided to us.Just send us what you have and we’ll work with you on the rest. Please be sure to supply us with as much information as possible to help with redrawing your logo. Fonts used for example as well as any pantone colours. Please be sure to contact us if you have any questions at all. Please know that we can only assist you with free vector art redraws if it’s a single logo. Any additional logos that require a vector redraw will be charged for. Calendars, Banners, Pamphlets, Business Cards, Gazebos Designs etc. do not fall under our free artwork and will need to be supplied to us in vector format by you.
